The Biological:
It cannot be stressed enough that this is as much a philosophy as it is a model for success. By adopting the philosophy, the model nearly falls into place of its own, barring whatever obstacles one brings to it or creates along the way. We all have preloaded biases about every aspect of life, and with dogs it is no different; the trick to navigating all of that is to realize and accept that it is normal and just a part of how our neurology functions. The first key aspect of this begins with understanding the neurological aspects as tenets of the philosophy; as a model is where the methods and modes formulated are based on and around that awareness of biology. It is no real intellectual leap to adjust one’s perceptions and understandings to accommodate what our ‘subconscious biology’ is usually always projecting towards a much deeper, psychological understanding of the relationship, in both directions. It isn’t “imagination” to clue into something subtle about the dog, or most likely, the inverse in that the dog is cluing into something unexpected and demonstrating a much higher understanding than intellect alone does not fully describe. Being in sync, in tune together seems ‘outlandish’ and is still an entirely biological function happening in real time, it isn’t merely “perception” alone; we could put neuro-sensing caps on both canine and human, feed those signals into some software, and watch it occurring in real time through whatever information structure the program uses. Fortunately, we don’t need to go to such lengths to harness and nurture it. Given where quantum-information-physics and neurology are showing to be heading, and the connections between, the ‘neuro-quantum’ connections between human brains are just as co-concurrent with canines and other animals (nonhuman life on whole) is just as viable as with any other human. This is the power source fueling the connections and bonds that are the core of canine/human team pairing as a/the “biological/informational system” it truly is.
